采用尾气稀释后气袋取样分析的方法,对选取的31辆不同类型满足国Ⅳ排放的样车按照N EDC工况均进行两次排放试验,然后对试验样车的3种常规污染物排放结果在两次试验中的变化量进行了分析。结果表明:3种常规污染物中T HC的变化最小最为稳定,平均偏差约7%;NOx 测量结果变化最大;测量结果在ECE工况下比EUDC工况下的变化小;缸内直喷汽油机排放结果的稳定性比进气道喷射汽油机的好;另外车辆是否安装催化器对污染物结果的稳定性也存在一定的影响。

Using the analysis method of sampling the diluted exhaust gas with the airbag ,the NEDC emission of 31 State‐Ⅳvehicles were measured twice and the changes of three conventional pollutant emissions were analyzed .The results showed that the THC emission had the minimum change and its average error was about 7% .The fluctuation of NOx emission was largest and the result in ECE test was lower than that in EUDC test .The emission of in‐cylinder DI gasoline engine was better than that of intake port injection gasoline engine .In addition ,the catalyst configuration had an important influence on emission re‐sult .
