千秋煤矿开采容易自燃煤层,矿井冲击地压灾害严重。为降低采动影响,消除冲击地压威胁,21141综放工作面长期低速推进,工作面采空区自然发火危险性加大。为此,提出基于火灾预警、堵漏风、煤体阻化降温、胶体充填、采空区惰化等立体化综合防火技术体系,并进行了成功应用。现场应用效果表明,在低速推进的14个月内,工作面风流中、上隅角及回风流中均未出现CO气体浓度超标现象,该技术能够高效预防低速推进综放工作面煤自燃灾害的发生。
