采用声强试验法进行发动机标定点工况声源识别,定位了发动机噪声贡献特征。结合声压试验法对柴油机全工况进行噪声测试,基于发动机燃烧噪声和机械噪声的产生机理,研究了典型贡献位置对整机噪声的贡献度。研究结果表明:声强贡献面积较大的测量面,对应声压测点位置的噪声也越大;随着发动机转速和负荷的提高,转速对噪声的影响比负荷对噪声的影响更加明显;在发动机高转速工况,旋转部件以及阀类系统对整机噪声贡献较大。
採用聲彊試驗法進行髮動機標定點工況聲源識彆,定位瞭髮動機譟聲貢獻特徵。結閤聲壓試驗法對柴油機全工況進行譟聲測試,基于髮動機燃燒譟聲和機械譟聲的產生機理,研究瞭典型貢獻位置對整機譟聲的貢獻度。研究結果錶明:聲彊貢獻麵積較大的測量麵,對應聲壓測點位置的譟聲也越大;隨著髮動機轉速和負荷的提高,轉速對譟聲的影響比負荷對譟聲的影響更加明顯;在髮動機高轉速工況,鏇轉部件以及閥類繫統對整機譟聲貢獻較大。

The noise source identification at rated operating conditions was conducted with the sound intensity method and the typical engine noise characteristics were determined .Then the engine noise in the whole operating conditions was measured with the sound pressure method .Based on the mechanism of combustion noise and mechanical noise ,the contribution of typical position to engine noise was researched .The result showed that the noise of corresponding sound pressure point to large sound intensity surface was also large .With the increase of speed and load ,the influence of speed on noise surpassed that of load .At high speed ,the contributions of rotary parts and valve system to engine noise were larger .
