以漳村煤矿2205工作面回风巷为试验背景,通过对其顶底板、两帮与煤柱的破坏关系分析,得到2203工作面的采动影响是造成其巷道底鼓的主要原因,其底鼓类型为挤压流动型;结合巷道的实际情况,提出对巷道两帮注浆来控制巷道底鼓的方案,并运用FLAC3D软件进行数值模拟,结果显示:两帮注浆后巷道底鼓量、顶板下沉量、两帮位移量分别为25、55、14 cm,相比原状态分别减小了78.4%、24.7%、71.4%,有效改善了巷道底鼓状况。

By taking air-return way of 2205 working face in Zhangcun Mine as the test background and through the analysis on the failure relation between roof,floor and two sides of the air-return way and the coal Pillar,it was found out that the mining influence of 2203 working face was the main factor causing the roadway floor heave,and this floor heave was the extrusion flow tyPe. Based on the actual situation of the roadway,the solution of aPPlying two-sides grouting for controlling the roadway floor heave was ProPosed and numerical simulation was made with FLAC3D software. The results showed that the amount of the roadway floor heave,the roof convergence and the disPlacement of the roadway sides after the two-sides grouting was resPectively 25 cm, 55 cm and 14 cm,reduced by 78. 4%,24. 7% and 71. 4% as comPared to that in the original state,and the roadway floor heave was under effective control.
