为了改善水体润湿疏水性煤尘的能力,提高降尘效率,采用沉降法考察了煤质成分对煤尘亲水性能的影响,实验表明:煤样的挥发分是影响其亲水性的主要因素,煤尘亲水性呈现出无烟煤好于烟煤、烟煤好于褐煤的趋势。总体上看,煤样亲水性随灰分、固定碳含量增大而呈增大的趋势。实验结果为针对不同煤质的煤尘湿润剂的开发研究提供了基础数据。
為瞭改善水體潤濕疏水性煤塵的能力,提高降塵效率,採用沉降法攷察瞭煤質成分對煤塵親水性能的影響,實驗錶明:煤樣的揮髮分是影響其親水性的主要因素,煤塵親水性呈現齣無煙煤好于煙煤、煙煤好于褐煤的趨勢。總體上看,煤樣親水性隨灰分、固定碳含量增大而呈增大的趨勢。實驗結果為針對不同煤質的煤塵濕潤劑的開髮研究提供瞭基礎數據。

In this PaPer,the influence of coal comPosition on coal dust hydroPhilicity was studied with sedimentation method in order to imProve the water ability of wetting hydroPhobic coal dust and its dust removal efficiency. The exPerimental results showed that volatile matter in coal samPle was the main factor imPacting on the hydroPhilicity of coal dust,the hydroPhilicity of anthracite dust was better than that of bituminous coal dust,and the hydroPhilicity of the bituminous coal dust was better than that of the lignite dust. On the whole,the hydroPhilicity of coal samPle increased with the increase of the ash and fixed carbon content. The exPerimental results Provided some basic data for the develoPment of coal dust wetting agent suitable for different coal comPosition.
