目的:观察草珊瑚、虫草菌粉及葛根对肝纤维化大鼠脏器指数的影响。方法将50只 SD 大鼠按随机数字表法分为正常组、模型组、草珊瑚组、虫草组及葛根组,每组10只。模型组、草珊瑚组、虫草组及葛根组均采用40%四氯化碳皮下注射,每周2次,6周制作大鼠肝纤维化模型。第7周开始草珊瑚组、虫草组及葛根组分别给予草珊瑚流浸膏、发酵虫草菌粉及葛根灌胃;正常组及模型组不给药,只灌服蒸馏水。给药6周后在麻醉状态下解剖,分别取出肝脏、脾脏、肾脏和胸腺等脏器,称湿重并计算脏器指数。结果与正常组比较,模型组、草珊瑚组、虫草组及葛根组肝脏、脾脏和肾脏指数均明显增加(均 P <0.01)。虫草组肝脏质量较正常组及草珊瑚组明显增加(P <0.05或 P <0.01)、与模型组比较肝脏指数明显升高(P <0.05)。与模型组比较,草珊瑚组、虫草组及葛根组脾脏质量和脾脏指数有所降低,但差异均无统计学意义(均 P >0.05)。模型组、草珊瑚组、虫草组及葛根组肾脏质量和肾脏指数比较差异均无统计学意义(均 P >0.05)。与正常组比较,虫草组和葛根组胸腺质量均有明显减轻(P <0.05或P<0.01),葛根组胸腺质量和指数与模型组及草珊瑚组比较均有显著的降低(P <0.05或 P <0.01)。结论草珊瑚流浸膏、发酵虫草菌粉及葛根抗大鼠肝纤维化作用途径可能不同,其中葛根对机体免疫功能的影响更强。

목적:관찰초산호、충초균분급갈근대간섬유화대서장기지수적영향。방법장50지 SD 대서안수궤수자표법분위정상조、모형조、초산호조、충초조급갈근조,매조10지。모형조、초산호조、충초조급갈근조균채용40%사록화탄피하주사,매주2차,6주제작대서간섬유화모형。제7주개시초산호조、충초조급갈근조분별급여초산호류침고、발효충초균분급갈근관위;정상조급모형조불급약,지관복증류수。급약6주후재마취상태하해부,분별취출간장、비장、신장화흉선등장기,칭습중병계산장기지수。결과여정상조비교,모형조、초산호조、충초조급갈근조간장、비장화신장지수균명현증가(균 P <0.01)。충초조간장질량교정상조급초산호조명현증가(P <0.05혹 P <0.01)、여모형조비교간장지수명현승고(P <0.05)。여모형조비교,초산호조、충초조급갈근조비장질량화비장지수유소강저,단차이균무통계학의의(균 P >0.05)。모형조、초산호조、충초조급갈근조신장질량화신장지수비교차이균무통계학의의(균 P >0.05)。여정상조비교,충초조화갈근조흉선질량균유명현감경(P <0.05혹P<0.01),갈근조흉선질량화지수여모형조급초산호조비교균유현저적강저(P <0.05혹 P <0.01)。결론초산호류침고、발효충초균분급갈근항대서간섬유화작용도경가능불동,기중갈근대궤체면역공능적영향경강。
Objective To observe the effects of sarcandra glabra(SG),cordyceps sinensis pow-der(CS)and radix puerariae(RP)on viscera index in rats with hepatic fibrosis.Methods Fifty male Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into five groups:normal group(N group),model group(M group),SG group,CS group and PR group,with 10 rats in each group.Rats in M,SG, CS and PR groups were given subcutaneous injection of 40% carbon tetrachloride twice per week for 6 weeks to induce hepatic fibrosis.After the induction of hepatic fibrosis,rats in SG,CS and PR groups were given SG liquid extract,fermented CS and PR by gavage,respectively.However, rats in N and M groups were given distilled water.After administration for 6 weeks,rats were dis-sected under anesthesia and the liver,spleen,kidney and thymus were collected to calculate the viscera index.Results Compared with N group,liver,spleen and kidney indexes significantly in-creased in M,SG,CS and PR groups(P <0.01).Compared with N or SG group,liver weight sig-nificantly increased in CS group(P <0.05 or P <0.01).Compared with M group,liver index sig-nificantly increased in CS group(P <0.05).However,liver weight and spleen index decreased in SG,CS and PR groups compared with M group,but the differences were not significant(P >0.05).In addition,there were no significant differences in kidney weight and kidney index among M,SG,CS and PR groups(P >0.05).Compared with N group,thymus weight significantly de-creased in CS and PR groups(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).Compared with M or SG group,thymus weight and thymus index significantly decreased in PR group(P <0.05 or P <0.01).Conclusion The SG,CS and PR may alleviate hepatic fibrosis through different pathways in rats.Among them,PR exerts the strongest effect on immunologic function.
