气囊下水技术是我国具有自主知识产权的一项高新技术。该文基于气囊下水存在的一系列技术问题,通过气囊压缩试验、实船下水过程测试等方法的不断探索、研究,对大型船舶下水用气囊的结构及性能参数要求、船台坡道参数、牵引力计算以及下水计算等方面进行了深入研究,总结了一套完整的计算方法。研究成果已在70?000?t和82?000?t等船舶下水实践过程中得到了充分验证,从而为大型船舶的下水提供了一套技术理论支持。

Application of air bags for ship launch is high and new technology with independent intellectual property rights. Based on the air bag compressure test and launching the process measurement for full-scale ships, a series of technical problems has been explored and developed, including the requirements of structure and performance parameters of air bag for large ship launching, parameters of launch ramp, calculation of traction and launching calculation, etc. It sums up a complete set of calculation methods. The research results have fully certiifcated in practice of launching ships from 70 000 dwt to 82 000 dwt, which the gives the technical and theoretical support for launching large ships by utilizing air bags.
