介绍自主研发的12?000?kN船用构件力学性能测试平台,该平台可以实现对各种船用钢结构件的力学性能测试。采用模块化设计技术,研发了半潜式分段机身结构及多功能测试装置,探讨双缸同步加载、大液压缸防冲击等技术与方法;并介绍集系统控制与状态监测为一体的软件系统。结果表明:该平台技术先进、测量精度高、测量范围广、使用方便。

This paper presents a 12 000 kN mechanical performance test platform for the marine structures, which can be applied to test the mechanical performance of steel marine structures. It develops the semi-submerged sectional frame structure and the multi-functional test facilities by modular technology, and discusses the technologies and the methods, such as the synchronization load of two hydraulic cylinders and impact avoidance of large hydraulic cylinders. It also introduces the integrated software system for the system control together with state monitoring. The results show that this test platform which has advance technology can offer high measurement accuracy, wide measurement range, and convenient application.
