The cultural quality-oriented education was analyzed as an important educational idea to cor-rect malpractices in higher education of the present era,and its practice and theoretical research are simi-lar or different at home and abroad. To review and research its current situation is helpful to grasp the sound knowledge of the era′s characteristics and the higher education′s nature,so as to consciously fulfill the scientific ideas of the cultural quality-oriented education.
