介绍了PWM调制方式的电感式升压变换器的工作原理,并由此设计了一种可用于OLED驱动电路芯片的DC-DC电路。在输入电压为3.3 V时,输出电压为9 V。该电路可实现OLED驱动电路和DC-DC变换器电路的集成,采用TSMC0.35μm工艺进行仿真,结果表明:输入电压为3.3 V时,输出电压稳定在9 V,满足PM-OLED驱动控制芯片的要求。
介紹瞭PWM調製方式的電感式升壓變換器的工作原理,併由此設計瞭一種可用于OLED驅動電路芯片的DC-DC電路。在輸入電壓為3.3 V時,輸齣電壓為9 V。該電路可實現OLED驅動電路和DC-DC變換器電路的集成,採用TSMC0.35μm工藝進行倣真,結果錶明:輸入電壓為3.3 V時,輸齣電壓穩定在9 V,滿足PM-OLED驅動控製芯片的要求。

It introduced the work principle of inductive boost converter with PWM modulation in the pa-per. And thus it designed a driving circuit of DC-DC to circuit of OLED chip when the input voltage is 3. 3 V,output voltage is 9 V. The integrated circuit can realize integration of the OLED drive circuit and DC-DC converter circuit. In the simulation,using the TSMC 0. 35μm technology,results showed that the input voltage is 3. 3 V,output voltage stability in 9 V,which meet the requirements of PM-OLED drive control chip.
