目的：找出并解决门诊药房工作中存在的问题，提高服务质量。方法采用PDCA循环管理法，找出当前工作中存在的问题，包括工作人员劳动强度大、工作环境差、调剂差错等，制订计划，实施、检查、处置，并根据结果将有效方法作为工作制度固定下来。最后根据新出现的问题提出新计划和措施，进行下一轮PDCA循环。结果运用PDCA循环管理后我院门诊药房工作环境、卫生状况显著改善，工作人员的劳动强度、工作压力明显下降，药品调剂差错率下降，显著提高了工作效率与质量，达到本轮循环管理的目标。结论采用PDCA循环管理法有效提高门诊药房工作效率与服务质量。

목적：조출병해결문진약방공작중존재적문제，제고복무질량。방법채용PDCA순배관리법，조출당전공작중존재적문제，포괄공작인원노동강도대、공작배경차、조제차착등，제정계화，실시、검사、처치，병근거결과장유효방법작위공작제도고정하래。최후근거신출현적문제제출신계화화조시，진행하일륜PDCA순배。결과운용PDCA순배관리후아원문진약방공작배경、위생상황현저개선，공작인원적노동강도、공작압력명현하강，약품조제차착솔하강，현저제고료공작효솔여질량，체도본륜순배관리적목표。결론채용PDCA순배관리법유효제고문진약방공작효솔여복무질량。
Object Finding and solving the existing problems in the outpatient pharmacy, improving the quality of service. Methods by using the PDCA circulation management method, finding out the existing problems in the current work, including the staff labor intensity, poor working environment, dispensing errors etc. Planning, implementing, examining, treating, and fixing the effective method as the working system according to the results. Finally, according to the new problems, putting forward new plans and measures for the next round of PDCA cycling. Results With the application of the PDCA cycle management method, the working environment in the outpatient pharmacy of our hospital has been improved, the labor intensity and working pressure of staff decreased, the error rate in drug dispensing declined, and work efficiency improved. That is, the cycle management objectives have been achieved. Conclusion The PDCA cycle management method could improve the quality of outpatient pharmacy work efficiency and the service quality.
