目的：探讨两种气管切开术后患者应用不同气道湿化的效果，为临床护理工作提供科学的依据。方法：回顾性分析气管切开术后需气道湿化的110例病人的临床资料，将其随机平均分成观察组和对照组，每组55例。观察组给予气管内输液泵持续性给药湿化；对照组采用气管内间断性滴药湿化。对两组气道湿化的护理效果及消耗时间进行分析比较。结果：观察组患者呼吸道梗阻、刺激性咳嗽、气道黏膜出血、肺部感染的发生率较低，护理操作时间和置管时间也明显短于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：气管内输液泵持续性给药湿化的临床护理效果良好，操作时间和置管时间较短，是一种安全而方便的气管切开术后的气道湿化方法。

Objective:To investigate the clinical nursing after tracheotomy airway humidification and clinical results. Methods:A retrospective analysis of the clinical data required tracheotomy airway humidification of 1 10 patients were randomly divided into observation group average and the control group,55 cases in each group. Observation group tracheotomy patients given intratracheal administration of infusion pump persistent wet;the control group intratracheal instilla-tion intermittent wet. Two groups of nursing airway humidification effects and time-consuming analysis and comparison. Results:The patients with airway ob-struction,irritating cough,airway mucosal bleeding,a lower incidence of pulmonary infection,catheter care operations time and time is significantly shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0. 05 ). Conclusion:intratracheal administration of infusion pump persistent wet clinical care works well,operating time and shorter catheterization is a safe and convenient tracheotomy airway humidification methods.
