Underthe impact of drastic changes in the external environment, overseas telecom companies have continued to promote strategic change through organizational restructuring. By studying, four distinct characteristics and trends were found from these orga-nizational changes. For domestic carriers who face the same problems of transformation, the strategies of or-ganizational restructuring carried out by overseas tele-com operators have important reference value.
