知识产权质押融资是解决科技型中小企业融资难的有效途径。本文对我国与美、德、日、韩四国的知识产权质押融资进行了比较，总结了国外经验对我国的借鉴意义，提出了我国优化知识产权质押融资模式的方向是以生产力促进中心为核心，由相关专业中介服务机构和商业银行建立合作伙伴关系，形成综合配套的金融服务体系。

As an efficient financing channel, Intellectual Property(IP)rights impawn financing is a new financing way for small and mid-sized science and technology enterprises. Although this new financing model runs well in China recently, the development is relatively slow and there is still large gap compared with developed countries. Given the experience of IP rights impawn financing practice in Japan, USA, Germany, and Korea, this paper summarizes some suggestions for improve the IP rights impawn financing system in China, which will promote and facilitate the development of intellectual capital and support the rapid growth of small and mid-sized science and technology enterprises.
