目的:研究尾加压素基因多态性与妊娠期糖尿病( GDM)的关系。方法应用聚合酶链式反应-限制性内切酶片段长度多态性( PCR-RFLP)技术检测GDM患者120例、正常孕妇100例的尾加压素基因rs228648位点。结果 GDM组患者尾加压素基因rs228648位点的A/A基因型频率为12.50%,均明显低于对照组的28.00%(P<0.05),A基因型频率为38.75%,均明显低于对照组的63.50%(P<0.05);GDM组患者尾加压素基因rs228648位点G基因型频率为61.25%,高于对照组的36.50%( P<0.05)。结论尾加压素基因rs228648位点多态性与GDM的遗传易感性有关联,rs228648位点的A型纯合子可能是GDM的重要保护因素。

목적:연구미가압소기인다태성여임신기당뇨병( GDM)적관계。방법응용취합매련식반응-한제성내절매편단장도다태성( PCR-RFLP)기술검측GDM환자120례、정상잉부100례적미가압소기인rs228648위점。결과 GDM조환자미가압소기인rs228648위점적A/A기인형빈솔위12.50%,균명현저우대조조적28.00%(P<0.05),A기인형빈솔위38.75%,균명현저우대조조적63.50%(P<0.05);GDM조환자미가압소기인rs228648위점G기인형빈솔위61.25%,고우대조조적36.50%( P<0.05)。결론미가압소기인rs228648위점다태성여GDM적유전역감성유관련,rs228648위점적A형순합자가능시GDM적중요보호인소。
Objective To study the relationship between polymorphism of urotensin gene and gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods The polymerase chain reaction-restriction enzyme fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) technique was used to detect the locus rs 228648 in urotensin gene among 120 patients with GDM and 100 normal pregnant women.Results The A/A genotype frequency of locus rs228648 in urotensin gene was 12.50%in GDM patients,which was significantly lower than that(28.00%) in the control group(P<0.05).And the A genotype frequency was 38.75%in GDM patients,which was significantly lower than that(63.50%) in the control group(P<0.05).The G genotype frequency of locus rs228648 in urotensin gene was 61.25%in GDM patients,which was higher than that(36.50%) in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The polymorphism of locus rs228648 in urotensin gene correlates with the genetic susceptibility of GDM t,he homozygote A of locus rs 228648 may be an important protective factor for GDM .
