目的：研究尾加压素基因多态性与妊娠期糖尿病（ GDM）的关系。方法应用聚合酶链式反应－限制性内切酶片段长度多态性（ PCR－RFLP）技术检测GDM患者120例、正常孕妇100例的尾加压素基因rs228648位点。结果 GDM组患者尾加压素基因rs228648位点的A／A基因型频率为12．50％，均明显低于对照组的28．00％（P＜0．05），A基因型频率为38．75％，均明显低于对照组的63．50％（P＜0．05）；GDM组患者尾加压素基因rs228648位点G基因型频率为61．25％，高于对照组的36．50％（ P＜0．05）。结论尾加压素基因rs228648位点多态性与GDM的遗传易感性有关联，rs228648位点的A型纯合子可能是GDM的重要保护因素。

Objective To study the relationship between polymorphism of urotensin gene and gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods The polymerase chain reaction-restriction enzyme fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) technique was used to detect the locus rs 228648 in urotensin gene among 120 patients with GDM and 100 normal pregnant women.Results The A/A genotype frequency of locus rs228648 in urotensin gene was 12.50%in GDM patients,which was significantly lower than that(28.00%) in the control group(P<0.05).And the A genotype frequency was 38.75%in GDM patients,which was significantly lower than that(63.50%) in the control group(P<0.05).The G genotype frequency of locus rs228648 in urotensin gene was 61.25%in GDM patients,which was higher than that(36.50%) in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The polymorphism of locus rs228648 in urotensin gene correlates with the genetic susceptibility of GDM t,he homozygote A of locus rs 228648 may be an important protective factor for GDM .
