Due to its specific structure mode and performance characteristic, the bolt connection is widely used in electric appliance manufacturing industry. Bolt has many connection methods. It can form different assemblies according to specific force situation;and then it forms different bolt groups. In order to make sure the reliability of bolt groups’ connection, this paper analyzes different force situations of bolt group, including force situation in lateral load, friction coefficient, bolt pretightening force, and the effect of load angle to surrounding bolt holes, etc. Finally, the matters that should be paid attention to so as to guarantee the reliability of bolt groups’ connection are presented.
