本文对微通道换热器进行了论述。将微通道换热器作为冷凝器用到饮料柜中,分别对铜管翅片式冷凝器的饮料柜和微通道冷凝器的饮料柜进行了性能实验。从制冷剂充灌量、柜内温度、耗电量等几个方面进行了对比,结果表明用微通道换热器作为饮料柜的冷凝器具有高效、减少制冷剂充注量、成本低等优点。尽管存在微小不足,但可以证明微通道换热器应用于饮料柜上是可行的。

The micro-channel heat exchanger is discussed. In this paper, the micro-channel heat exchanger as condenser is introduced into the beverage cooler, and respectively for copper tube fin condenser beverage cooler and micro-channel condenser beverage cooler of performance experiment is carried out. From the refrigerant filling quantity, temperature, the power consumption and so on several aspects have carried on the contrast. The results show that using micro-channel heat exchanger as beverage cooler condenser have the advantages of high efficiency, reduce the refrigerant filling quantity, low cost. Despite there exist minor deficiencies, micro-channel heat exchanger used in beverage cooler has been proved to be feasible.
