梅溪水库大坝直接建于覆盖层上,未设量水堰,坝基防渗采用垂直混凝土防渗墙。2007年1月初,位于大坝下游坝脚处的2号观测房内出现渗漏,且渗漏量有逐渐增大的趋势。对渗漏原因进行分析后认为,大坝仍是安全的。建议继续加强监测2号观测房内渗漏及渗漏水质的变化,及时分析监测资料;检查大坝下游其他部位是否有湿坡与新的渗水点及下游坝坡是否有塌陷,必要时考虑增设量水堰或放空检查。

The dam of Meixi Reservoir is directly built on overburden and does not have a measuring weir. The vertical concrete cutoff wall is used for cutting off seepage through dam foundation. However, the water seepage has appeared in the No.2 observation room at the downstream toe of dam since January, 2007, and the seepage has a tendency to increase gradually. The cause of seepage is analyzed and it concludes that the dam is still safe. It is suggested to continuously monitor the changes of seepage flow and water quality of the No.2 observation room and analyze the monitoring data timely, and examine whether there is other seepage and collapse in downstream slope of dam. If necessary, it also suggested to set a measuring weir or to empty the reservoir for examination.
