目的：探讨老年高血压的诊断和治疗新的进展。方法参考近年来国内外文献结合临床经验就老年高血压的发病率、临床特征、临床病理生理、诊断、治疗进展予以综述。结果与结论老年高血压的治疗，不仅要顾及高血压本身的治疗，还要顾及其他兼症的控制及药物对代谢的影响。
목적：탐토노년고혈압적진단화치료신적진전。방법삼고근년래국내외문헌결합림상경험취노년고혈압적발병솔、림상특정、림상병리생리、진단、치료진전여이종술。결과여결론노년고혈압적치료，불부요고급고혈압본신적치료，환요고급기타겸증적공제급약물대대사적영향。
Objective To probe the new progesss on the diagnosis and treatment of elderly hypertension. Methods To summarize the research progress on disease rate,clinical feature,clinical pathophysiology,diagnosis and treatment of eld-erly hypertension by consulting the literatures for the past few years and combining with clinical experience. Results and Conclusion The treatment of elderly hypertension should be care not only the therapy of hypertension but also the control of other symptomss and the metabolic effect of drugs.
