本文旨在介绍肺部给药的研究近况。通过查阅、归纳近年来国内外发表的相关文献，总结肺部给药局部与全身治疗的研究进展，阐述呼吸道的结构与生理，并从生理、药物以及制剂角度分别分析影响肺部药物吸收的因素。肺部给药具有独特的生理优势，随着剂型的开发和给药装置的设计，肺部给药具有诱人的发展前景。

This paper aimed to introduce recent achievements of pulmonary drug delivery. By referring the recent do-mestic and international literatures,this review summarized the progress of local and systemic treatment in pulmonary drug delivery. The structure and physiology of respiratory tract were expounded in detail. The factors influencing drug absorption were illustrated from the angles of physiology,drug and pharmacy. Pulmonary drug delivery displays unique advantages in physiology and demonstrates more and more bright prospects with the development of formulations and inhalers.
