Chinemys reevesii%aimentary tract%irradiation damage
对乌龟消化道的辐射损伤进行了研究。结果显示:乌龟消化道由5部分组成,即口咽腔、食道、胃、小肠和大肠。后4部分均由黏膜层、黏膜下层、肌层和外膜组成。消化道经 X 线辐射后的第1 d,食道黏膜层可见脱落和黏膜层细胞出现凋亡,黏膜下层血管出现栓塞和肌层血管出现凝血;胃、小肠和大肠的黏膜细胞及腺体细胞均出现凋亡。辐射后第8 d,食道黏膜层细胞凋亡加重,血管栓塞加重,外膜损伤明显,固有膜中的淋巴组织凋亡,腺体破坏严重;胃、小肠和大肠黏膜及腺体细胞凋亡加重,黏膜下层血管栓塞。辐射后第16 d,受损的食道黏膜层细胞和腺体结构修复,外膜恢复其完整性;胃、小肠和大肠黏膜细胞凋亡减少,新生细胞增多,血管栓塞减轻。
對烏龜消化道的輻射損傷進行瞭研究。結果顯示:烏龜消化道由5部分組成,即口嚥腔、食道、胃、小腸和大腸。後4部分均由黏膜層、黏膜下層、肌層和外膜組成。消化道經 X 線輻射後的第1 d,食道黏膜層可見脫落和黏膜層細胞齣現凋亡,黏膜下層血管齣現栓塞和肌層血管齣現凝血;胃、小腸和大腸的黏膜細胞及腺體細胞均齣現凋亡。輻射後第8 d,食道黏膜層細胞凋亡加重,血管栓塞加重,外膜損傷明顯,固有膜中的淋巴組織凋亡,腺體破壞嚴重;胃、小腸和大腸黏膜及腺體細胞凋亡加重,黏膜下層血管栓塞。輻射後第16 d,受損的食道黏膜層細胞和腺體結構脩複,外膜恢複其完整性;胃、小腸和大腸黏膜細胞凋亡減少,新生細胞增多,血管栓塞減輕。
대오구소화도적복사손상진행료연구。결과현시:오구소화도유5부분조성,즉구인강、식도、위、소장화대장。후4부분균유점막층、점막하층、기층화외막조성。소화도경 X 선복사후적제1 d,식도점막층가견탈락화점막층세포출현조망,점막하층혈관출현전새화기층혈관출현응혈;위、소장화대장적점막세포급선체세포균출현조망。복사후제8 d,식도점막층세포조망가중,혈관전새가중,외막손상명현,고유막중적림파조직조망,선체파배엄중;위、소장화대장점막급선체세포조망가중,점막하층혈관전새。복사후제16 d,수손적식도점막층세포화선체결구수복,외막회복기완정성;위、소장화대장점막세포조망감소,신생세포증다,혈관전새감경。
The irradiation damage of aimentary tract of Chinemys reevesii was studied.The results showed that the aimentary tract of Chinemys reevesii were composed of five parts,including oropharyngeal cavity,esophagus,stomach,small intestine and large intestine.The behind four parts were composed of mucosa,submucosa,muscular layer and serosa.The first day after X-ray irradiation,some eophageal mu-cosa fell off,some mucosa cells were apoptosis,the submucosa blood vessels embolized and the myome-trial vessels had coagulation in esophagus.The mucosal cells and the glandular cells in stomach,small intestine and large intestine had apoptosis.The eighth day after irradiation,the apoptosis of the esophage-al mucosa and the embolism of blood vessel were more serious,the damage of serosa was obvious,the lymphatic tissue of proper coat had apoptosis,the damage of gland was serious in esophagus.The apopto-sis of the mucosal cells and the glandular cells were more serious and the submucosa blood vessels had embolism in stomach,small intestine and large intestine.The sixteenth day after irradiation,the damage esophageal mucosa and gland had repaired,the serosa restored the integrity in esophagus.The apoptosis of the mucosal cells reduced,the new cells increased and the vascular embolism alleviated in stomach, small intestine and large intestine.
