职业教育作为我国国民教育体系的重要部分，承担着为社会主义经济建设培养高素质技能型人才的重要任务。但新时期职业教育的发展仍面临着两大瓶颈：生源问题是职业教育永恒的痛，职校自身的原因造成人才培养的困难重重。以无锡机电高职为例，试为这两大发展瓶颈寻找可行的出路。

As part of national education system, vocational education undertakes the task of raising skilled, talented persons of high-quali-ty for our socialist economy construction.But in new era, vocational education development faces two big bottlenecks:source of students is its eternal pain;and all kinds of dificulties that caused by vocational schools themselves. It takes Wuxi Machinery and Electron Higher Professional and Technical School as an example, trying to find out the way out of this two bottlenecks.
