中职学校开完电工技术基本理论课，后面要跟有电工实验和电工实训，一是为加强对理论知识的理解，二是增加学生的动手实践能力，达到学以致用的效果。阐述了电工实验与实训一体化教学法，是一种比较新的教学模式，探讨了电工实验与实训一体化教学方法和途径：学习电工技术基本理论及基本技能；在理论基础上实现电工实验和实训一体化；在实训中深化理解实验内容。

Secondary school after the basic theory course electrotechnics,followed by electrician experiment and electrical training, one is to strengthen the understanding of theoretical knowledge, the two is to increase students’practical ability, to learn in order to practise effect. This paper describes the experiment and practice integration teaching method, is a relatively new teaching mode, this paper discusses the electrical experiments and practice teaching methods and ways:study the basic theory of electrical technology and basic skills;implementation of electric experiment and training integration in theory;in practice to deepen the understanding of the experimental content.
