目的：：检测p－Akt和p－FoxO1蛋白在寻常型银屑病皮损中的表达。方法：收集30例寻常型银屑病患者的皮损及30名健康对照皮肤组织，采用Western blot法检测p－Akt和p－FoxO1的表达。结果：与正常皮肤组相比，寻常型银屑病皮损中p－Akt和p－FoxO1的表达水平明显上调，两组具有统计学差异( P<0.05)。结论： Akt和FoxO1可能与银屑病皮损中角质形成细胞的异常增殖有关。
목적：：검측p－Akt화p－FoxO1단백재심상형은설병피손중적표체。방법：수집30례심상형은설병환자적피손급30명건강대조피부조직，채용Western blot법검측p－Akt화p－FoxO1적표체。결과：여정상피부조상비，심상형은설병피손중p－Akt화p－FoxO1적표체수평명현상조，량조구유통계학차이( P<0.05)。결론： Akt화FoxO1가능여은설병피손중각질형성세포적이상증식유관。
Objective:To detect the expression of p-Akt and p-FoxO1 in the lesions of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods:The levels of p-Akt and p-FoxO1 were detected by Western Blot in the lesions from 30 patients with psoriasis vulgaris and normal skin specimens from 30 healthy controls. Results:Compared with the con￣trols, the expressions of p-Akt and p-FoxO1 were significantly up-regulated in psoriasis vulgaris lesions ( P<0.05) . Conclusion:p-Akt and p-FoxO1 may contribute to the abnormal proliferation of keratinocytes in the lesions of psoriasis vulgaris.
