目的：：评价普萘洛尔联合噻吗洛尔滴眼液治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的临床疗效和安全性。方法：血管瘤患儿130例,普萘洛尔2 mg/( kg.d),分3次口服,皮损表面外搽噻吗洛尔滴眼液适量,日4次,治疗3个月。结果：治疗8个月后随访,66例(49％)患者的瘤体缩小76％~100％,53例(42％)瘤体缩小51％~75％,10例(8％)瘤体缩小26％~50％,1例(1％)瘤体缩小<25％。治疗期间无严重不良反应。结论：普萘洛尔联合噻吗洛尔滴眼液治疗婴幼儿血管瘤安全有效。
목적：：평개보내락이연합새마락이적안액치료영유인혈관류적림상료효화안전성。방법：혈관류환인130례,보내락이2 mg/( kg.d),분3차구복,피손표면외차새마락이적안액괄량,일4차,치료3개월。결과：치료8개월후수방,66례(49％)환자적류체축소76％~100％,53례(42％)류체축소51％~75％,10례(8％)류체축소26％~50％,1례(1％)류체축소<25％。치료기간무엄중불량반응。결론：보내락이연합새마락이적안액치료영유인혈관류안전유효。
Objective:To assess the efficacy and safety of propranolol combined with timolol eye drops in the treatment of infantile hemangioma ( IH) . Methods:One hundred and thirty patients were treated with oral propranolol 2 mg/( kg.d) , 3 times a day and topical timolol eye drops, 4 times a day for 3 months. Results:The size of tumors was reduced by 26%~50% in 66 ( 49%) patients, by 51%~75% in 53 ( 42%) patients, by 26%~50% in 10 ( 8%) patients and by 1% in one ( 1%) patient. There were no obvious adverse reac￣tions. Conclusion:Propranolol combined with timolol eye drops is effective and safe in the treatment of IH.
