辣椒炭疽病是辣椒上的一种主要病害,为筛选出可有效防治辣椒炭疽病的药剂,采用菌丝生长速率法室内测定了3种杀菌剂和两两混用对辣椒炭疽病菌的毒力。结果表明:单剂中以咪鲜胺、双苯菌胺对辣椒炭疽病菌菌丝生长的抑制作用强,EC50分别为0.1445、0.1479μg/mL,精甲霜灵的抑制作用弱,EC50为9.5499μg/mL;咪鲜胺与双苯菌胺按5:1和1:4混用,其共毒系数分别达为198和355,表现为增效作用;咪鲜胺与双苯菌胺按3:1和精甲霜灵与双苯菌胺按1:3混用,共毒系数分别为101和105,表现为相加作用。

Pepper anthracnose caused by Colletotrichum gloesporioides was a disease on pepper.For screening effective fungicides to control Colletotrichum gloesporioides,three fungicides and their combinations were tested their inhibition to Colletotrichum gloesporioides in laboratory using mycelia growth rate method.The results showed that Prochloraz and SYP-14288 had powerful toxicity with EC50 0.144 5、0.147 9 μg/mL;Prochloraz mixed SYP-14288 with 5:1 and 1:4 showed synergistic effect with co-toxicity index respectively 198 and 355;Prochloraz mixed SYP-14288 with 3:1 and metalaxyl-M mixed SYP-14288 with 1:3 showed additive effect with co-toxicity index respectively 101 and 105.
