基于用多刚体来离散化柔性体的基本思想，以Adams为编程平台，对某苗床温室卷膜进行了建模与仿真。首先在Matlab中通过编程得到了卷膜所在螺旋线上多个均匀分布的离散点的坐标值，再通过数据文件传输到Adams，然后在Adams中编程创建了多片卷膜，并在卷膜之间施加转动副和接触力来模拟其相互关系。经过仿真寻找某片卷膜的质心位置及速度随时间变化的规律，结果表明本文提出的建模方法具有一定的可行性。

Flexible roll film has been generally used in industrial and agricultural production, but researches on modeling and simulation of the roll are also relatively less.By programming with Adams , the modeling and simula-tion about a seedling greenhouse roll film were carried out based on the basic idea of multi-rigid-body discrete flexi-ble body.First, coordinate values of multiple discrete points for uniform distribution on helix about roll film were obtained by programming in Matlab, and transfer them to Adams by data file, then create several pieces of roll film by programming in Adams and applying revolute pairs and contact force are used to describe the relationship among them.Search the temporal variation laws of the location and velocity center of mass of a piece of roll film by the simulation and the results show that the proposed modeling method in this paper is feasible.
