过渡金属催化的交叉偶联反应是一类重要的有机合成方法,该方法已被广泛应用于生物活性分子、医药中间体、光电材料等合成当中。咪唑膦化合物作为一类咪唑类N-杂环卡宾与磷元素结合而成的化合物,具有自身独特的性质,通常将其作为配体,并在金属有机催化领域得到了广泛的应用。对最近十年来,咪唑膦化合物在各类交叉偶联反应中的应用的研究进展加以综述。

Transition metal-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions is an important class of organic synthesis method, which has been widely used in the synthesis of biologically active molecules,pharmaceutical intermediates and opto-electronic materials.The imidazole phosphine compounds, as a class of N-heterocyclic carbene with a combination of elemental phosphorus,has its own unique properties,and it is usually used as a ligand and has been already wide-ly used in the field of organic metal catalyst.In this paper, we have reviewed the progress of the application of such compounds in various types of cross-coupling reactions over the past ten years.
