在单因素基础上,通过正交试验法,考察有机溶剂、萃取次数、萃取温度、料液比四个因素对米糠油提取率的影响,并优化得到最佳米糠油提取工艺条件。实验表明,米糠油提取的最佳工艺条件为A2 B2 C3,正己烷作为提取溶剂,萃取次数为3次,萃取温度为70℃,料液比为1∶5,在次工艺条件下,米糠油提取率达到18.84%。

재단인소기출상,통과정교시험법,고찰유궤용제、췌취차수、췌취온도、료액비사개인소대미강유제취솔적영향,병우화득도최가미강유제취공예조건。실험표명,미강유제취적최가공예조건위A2 B2 C3,정기완작위제취용제,췌취차수위3차,췌취온도위70℃,료액비위1∶5,재차공예조건하,미강유제취솔체도18.84%。
By means of single factor and orthogonal experiments, the optimum condition of solvent,times,tempera-ture and solvent ratio was found.The results showed that the optimum methods was A2 B2 C3 ,the solvent was hexane, the extraction times was 3, the temperature was 70 ℃, the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶5.Under this condi-tion, the extraction yield of rice bran oil was 31.78%.
