研究以提取酒精后的木薯渣为主料,分别与秸秆、稻壳、烟叶粉、蘑菇渣等农业有机废弃物以不同的配比,添加1‰的热酶发酵剂,在热酶反应器中快速发酵,通过研究发酵产物的水分、总氮、总磷、钾、碳、pH、总养分、有机质、粗蛋白含量的变化,系统评估了木薯渣等有机固态废弃物热酶快速发酵资源化利用的可行性。试验结果表明:木薯渣与蘑菇渣按8∶2发酵终产物粗蛋白质为14.69%,总养分( N-P2 O5-K2 O干基计)达7.2%;木薯渣酒糟与秸秆粉按9∶1发酵终产物粗蛋白质为135.6%,总养分达7.35%;木薯渣酒糟与烟叶粉按9∶1发酵终产物中粗蛋白质为17.69%,总养分达5.51%;木薯渣酒糟与稻壳粉按9∶1发酵总养分从4 h的6.88%增加到24 h的7.31%,终产物粗蛋白质为12.94%,总养分至7.05%,上述各项检测指标均符合农业部NY-525有机肥标准。因此,利用热酶快速发酵工艺,木薯渣等有机固态废弃物经发酵处理后,可用于有机肥、鱼肥,部分也可作为饲料原料。

연구이제취주정후적목서사위주료,분별여갈간、도각、연협분、마고사등농업유궤폐기물이불동적배비,첨가1‰적열매발효제,재열매반응기중쾌속발효,통과연구발효산물적수분、총담、총린、갑、탄、pH、총양분、유궤질、조단백함량적변화,계통평고료목서사등유궤고태폐기물열매쾌속발효자원화이용적가행성。시험결과표명:목서사여마고사안8∶2발효종산물조단백질위14.69%,총양분( N-P2 O5-K2 O간기계)체7.2%;목서사주조여갈간분안9∶1발효종산물조단백질위135.6%,총양분체7.35%;목서사주조여연협분안9∶1발효종산물중조단백질위17.69%,총양분체5.51%;목서사주조여도각분안9∶1발효총양분종4 h적6.88%증가도24 h적7.31%,종산물조단백질위12.94%,총양분지7.05%,상술각항검측지표균부합농업부NY-525유궤비표준。인차,이용열매쾌속발효공예,목서사등유궤고태폐기물경발효처리후,가용우유궤비、어비,부분야가작위사료원료。
In this study, the feasibilities of resource utilization of cassava residue after extraction of alcohol as the main raw material and in different ratios of straw, rice husk, tobacco powder, mushroom and other agricultural or-ganic waste are respectively made a systematic assessment in the rapid thermophilic digestior by adding 1‰thermal enzyme fermentation agent of total wet weight.The changes of moisture, nitrogen,phosphorus , potassium, carbon, pH, total nutrients, organic matter and crude protein content in final products are detected.The results show that crude protein content of the product of cassava residue and mushroom by 8∶2 was 14.69%,and the total nutrient content was 7.2%( N-P2 O5-K2 O dry basis);when Cassava residue and straw powder, tobacco powder and rice husk powder fermented respectively by the ratio of 9∶1, the crude protein contents of all the products were 13.56%, 17.69%and 12.94%, the total nutrient contents were 7.35%, 5.51%and 7.05%.In addition, dur-ing the process of cassava lees and rice husk powder residue fermentation by 9∶1 , total nutrient content between 4 h to 24 h, an increase from 6.88%to 7.31%, in the final product, the crude protein content was 12.94%, the total nutrient was 7 .05%.The detection of these indicators were in line with the Ministry of Agriculture organic fer-tilizer NY-525 standard.Thus, cassava residue and other organic solid waste could be used in organic fertilizer, fish fertilizer, and some could also be used as feed ingredients by rapid thermophilic digestion system.
