Ideological and political course in higher vocational colleges has more responsibilities and liabilities in terms of enhancing students’qualities.This article offers good lessons for enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political course in higher vocational colleges through analysis on the connotation and influencing factors of ideo-logical and political course’s effectiveness in higher vocational colleges.
