对于高职院校的学生来说，英语应用文信函的写作是英语综合能力的重要组成部分，也是高等学校英语应用能力考试的基本要求之一。本文结合当前高职学生英语应用文信函写作的现状和实际存在的问题，提出了“三段式”写作策略并进行了详细的阐述分析，以帮助学生提高英语应用文信函的写作水平。

The Practical English Test for College Students makes it a basic requirement for HVC students to master the writing of English practical letters,which is a important aspect of comprehensive ability of using English . In accordance with the students’reality in the writing of English practical letters,this paper provides the students with a“three-paragraph”writing pattern in hope that it will benefit their writing in a certain degree.
