针对双单片机冲床主从式系统的软件分工,分别设计主CPU系统和从CPU系统的软件结构。主CPU完成系统的管理和数据处理等非实时性任务,从CPU 完成插补和位置控制等实时性任务。采用双口RAM通信协议,加速主从CPU系统间机床状态信息和加工数据的传送。
針對雙單片機遲床主從式繫統的軟件分工,分彆設計主CPU繫統和從CPU繫統的軟件結構。主CPU完成繫統的管理和數據處理等非實時性任務,從CPU 完成插補和位置控製等實時性任務。採用雙口RAM通信協議,加速主從CPU繫統間機床狀態信息和加工數據的傳送。

The software structures of the principal CPU and the subordinate CPU are designed respectively on software division of principal-subordination system of dual MCU punch.Non real time tasks,such as system man-agement?and data processing,are completed by the principal CPU;real time tasks are completed by the subordi-nate CPU,including interpolation and position control.Two-port RAMcommunication protocol is adopted to ac-celerate the transmission of machine tool state information and processing data between the principal CPU system and the subordination CPU system .
