目的:对一种新型含腐殖酸水溶肥料进行小鼠经口急性毒性实验,为评价其安全性提供实验依据。方法按照《食品安全性毒理学评价程序和方法》(GB15193-2003)进行毒性试验和安全性评价。结果该受试物对雄性小鼠经口LD50为2.71g/kg BW,对雌性小鼠经口LD50为3.69g/kg BW。结论该受试物属低毒。

Objective To study the acute oral toxicity of a water soluble fertilizers containing humic acids in rats, and pro-vide experimental evidence for its safety. Methods Toxicity test and safety evaluation were carried out according to the Proce-dures and methods for toxicological assessment of food (GB15193-2003). Results LD50 of the sample on acute oral toxicity test in male rats was 2.71g/kg BW, in female rats was 3.69g/kg BW. Conclusion This sample was classified as low toxicity substance.
