目的:探讨糖尿病患者血清非骨骼肌型肌球蛋白轻链激酶(nskMLCK)和常用糖尿病检测指标的关系,以及nskMLCK在糖尿病时的可能作用。方法检测144例糖尿病患者血清nskMLCK、空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、维生素D3(VD3)以及空腹血清C肽水平,采用Spearman等级相关分析各指标与血清nskMLCK的相关性;同时分析包括高血压、高血脂等因素对血清nskMLCK的影响。结果与糖尿病相关检测指标进行相关性分析显示,血清nskMLCK水平与BMI、FPG、HbA1c及VD3之间无相关性,与空腹C肽水平呈负相关(r=-0.187);分析其它可能影响血清nskMLCK水平的因素表明,血清nskMLCK的水平受代谢综合征和病程的影响(P=0.045和0.011),单独高血压、高血脂、白内障及性别与血清nskMLCK水平无关。结论糖尿病时,患者血清nskMLCK与空腹C肽的负相关提示血清nskMLCK可能参与了胰岛素水平的调节,在糖尿病的发生发展中起到重要的作用。

Objective To investigate the correlation between serum non-skeletal muscle myosin light chain kinase (nskMLCK) and other indicators of diabetes, and the possible role of nskMLCK in diabetes. Methods The levels of serum skMLCK,fasting plasma glucose(FPG), glycohemoglobin(HbA1c), Vitamin D3(VD3), and fasting serum C peptide were detected in 144 patients with diabetes. The relationships between serum nskMLCK and other indicators of diabetes were analyzed by Spearman's rank correla-tion analysis, and the influences of hypertension, hyperlipidemia and other factors on the level of serum nskMLCK were also an-alyzed. Results The results showed that serum nskMLCK had no correlation with BMI, FPG, HbA1c and VD3, but had negative cor-relation with fasting C peptide (r=-0.187). Analysis of other factors acting on the levels of serum nskMLCK showed that metabolic syndrome and disease duration could effect the levels of serum nskMLCK (P=0.045 and 0.011, respectively). Hypertension, hyper-lipidemia, cataract and gender was unrelated to the levels of serum nskMLCK. Conclusion The negative correlation with fasting C peptide indicates that serum nskMLCK might play an important role in diabetes.
