目的探讨简便可靠实用的布鲁菌早期检出方法，为布鲁菌病的及时诊治提供依据。方法应用BACTEC 9120或BACT/ALERT 3D 等系统进行血或骨髓培养，然后取阳性瓶增菌液转种血平板和巧克力等平板，再经VITEK-2-Compact 全自动微生物分析仪或API 20 E 鉴定系统进行菌种鉴定。结果布鲁菌在上述血培养仪的瓶中2~4d 可获得阳性生长物，经 VITEK-2-Compact 仪(或API 20 E 鉴定系统)次日能得到鉴定结果。结论Compact 鉴定仪(或API 20E 鉴定系统)对布鲁菌的鉴定简单、可靠、经济、实用，且不会漏检和误检，是目前常规检测布鲁氏菌的可靠方法。

Objective To explore a reliable early detection method of Brucella for the early diagnosis and treatment of Bru-cellosis. Methods Specimens were cultured in Bactec 9120 or BACT/ALERT3D system, and then turned to the blood or choco-late plate to grow. Finally, picked single colony and inoculated into GN-21341 card, then identified strain with VITEK-2-Compact system(or cultured in API20E). Results Brucella has a significant growth in 2-4 days, by culturing in the two supporting systems shown above. Conclusions VITEK-2-Compact system(or API20E) is more simple, reliable, economical and practical than molec-ular biological or classical identification methods. In addition, this system would not miss any positive results, and is the only one automately routine testing of equipment models at present.
