骨伤科患者受伤后会产生剧烈疼痛，导致心情抑郁或焦躁等不良情绪，医护人员必须及时对其采取护理干预和健康教育，并按照切实可行的护理方案进行优质护理，有效地实现患者健康痊愈。分析骨伤科患者伤后心理状态、生理状况，简述如何实施护理干预、健康教育、食物辅助护理，及在骨折的早、中、晚期实施优质护理的基本方法和应该注意的事项，对于患者和医护人员及家庭护理人员具有很好的现实指导意义。
