学生教育和学生管理是高职院校学生工作的两个重要方面，两者工作对接的实践由来已久，但成效并不令人满意。高职院校应在充分认识学生工作教管对接的重要性、紧迫性和美好前景的基础上积极探索教管对接的目标路向，并进一步开展工作模式创新。

Student education and student management are two important aspects of higher vocational student work. The practice of connection of these two aspects has a long time, which the results are not satisfying as wished. On the basis of being fully aware of the importance of connection between education and management, higher vocational schools should actively explore the path on joint and innovate the work model.
