以MES( Manufacturing Execution System)理论为基础,通过对机务段生产现场的详细需求分析,提出了机务段生产管理信息系统的建设思路和设计原则。以某机务段企业信息化建设为例,设计了机务段生产管理信息系统。针对系统建设目标,设计了系统的网络环境和硬件结构。结果表明了选用MES功能模型作为软件框架的合理性和可行性,成功地实现了该系统。

Role of manufacturing execution system ( MES) are studied based on the theory of MES, the design principles and ideas of the production management information system for locomotive depot are putted forward by analyzing the requirement of the locomotive depot in detail.Taking the enterprise infor-matization construction of a locomotive depot as an example, the production management system for loco-motive depot is designed in this paper.In view of the system construction, the system hardware and net-work structure are designed.The feasibility and reasonability of selecting MES function model as software structure are verified by the system's running,the system is realized successfully.
