长期以来电容式电压互感器( CVT)因其频率特性影响,无法直接开展准确的谐波测量,成为公认的一大技术难题,以此为出发点,设计并研制了基于电容电流与加Blackman-Harris窗和相位差校正的谐波分析算法相结合的CVT谐波测试系统,通过与传统谐波测试方法的测试结果以及电网实际谐波的对比验证了本系统设计的正确性和有效性,并且将其应用到了云南电网电压谐波的测试中,结果表明,本系统完全满足电压谐波测试仪的要求。

For a long time,Capacitor Voltage Transformer(CVT)can not be made directly the accurate harmonic measurement because of the influence of its frequency characteristic,which is an accepted difficult problem. In order to solve the problem,a voltage harmonic measurement system based on capacitive current testing method was de-signed,which combined with Blackman-Harris window and Phase difference correction method. And correctness and accurateness of the measurement system was confirmed in practical test and comparison. What’s more,the system is used in Yunnan power grid for voltage harmonic measuring. The results show that the system fully meets the require-ments of voltage harmonics measurement.
