在总结分析容性设备在线监测装置现有校验方法的基础上,提出一种新型的全系统校验方法,并开发相应的校验系统,实现容性设备在线监测装置离线条件下泄漏电流和介损值准确性的全量程校验以及在线条件下实际运行点的校验。通过量值溯源和现场验证试验,证明该校验系统的介损测量绝对误差<0.1%,电容比率测量相对误差<2%,满足校验需求。

On the basis of analysis of the existing calibration methods for the capacitive equipment on-line monitoring device,a new calibration method is proposed and its corresponding calibration system is developed in or-der to evaluate the capacitive equipment on-line monitoring device. The calibration process is completed by detecting the measurement accuracy of the leakage current and dielectric loss factor for the full measurement range off-line and the specific actual value of that on-line. It has been verified that the calibration system meets the re-quirements. The absolute error of dielectric loss of this system is less than 0.1%,and the relative error of capaci-tance ratio is less than 2%.
