经验模态分解非常适合于非平稳、非线性信号的分析,Labview和Matlab在工程中使用较广,三者的有机结合在工程中具有广阔的应用前景。为此,将Labview和Matlab优势互补,采用Matlab Script节点技术混合编程在虚拟仪器中实现EMD( empirical mode decomposition)包络谱分析。实例应用结果表明Labview开发的系统主界面具有良好的人机交互和强大的图形显示界面,Labview中调用Matlab提供的EMD包络谱程序能准确、快速识别正常和故障轴承特征频率,针对不同信号选择不同分解层数时程序修改简单方便。

Empirical mode decomposition is very suitable for analysing non-stationary and nonlinear signal. Labview and Matlab are widely used in engineering. If three ones above are integrated organical y,it is of three have a broad application prospects in engi-neering. For this reason, Labview and Matlab advantages are complemented. This paper uses Matlab script node technology to im-plement EMD( Empirical Mode Decomposition) envelope spectrum analysis in virtual instrument by hybrid programming. Application result shows the system main interface developed by Labview has a good human-computer interaction and powerful graphical display interface, The characteristic frequencies of normal bearing or fault bearing are accurately and quickly recognized on the envelope spectrum display in Labview provided by Matlab. The program is convenient to modify the chosen different decomposition layers.
