在ANSYS中以8级风载对扭矩盒集热器支架的结构参数进行了静力分析和灵敏度分析,然后以聚光效率和强度为约束条件进行了结构轻量化设计,并对优化后的结构进行了验证。结果表明,集热器支架总质量减少7.66%。这种基于灵敏度的设计方法切实可行,为集热器支架的优化和改进提供了借鉴。

Static and sensitivity analyses are performed for the support structure parameters of the torque box col ector under 8 level wind load by ANSYS.Then the focus efficiency and intensity are taken as the constrained conditions to optimize its structure size,thus reduching the weight of the col ector.Final y,the intensity of the optimized structure is verified. The total weight of the support is re-duced by 7.66%. The method of sensitivity analysis is practicable and can give a reference to the improvement and optimization of the col ector support.
