为了探讨数字设备基于IC动作状态的噪声接收特性,在IC回路外部提供噪声叠加回路,测量此时IC回路中被感应的电压,以此作为噪声接收特性。通过测量倒相IC在电源与接地线之间电磁干扰的接收特性,确认了由倒相IC动作状态所致的噪声接收特性是不同的。结果表明,机器的噪声接收特性有可能受IC动作状态影响,并随时间而发生变化。通过简单的电路仿真也确认了这一结论。
為瞭探討數字設備基于IC動作狀態的譟聲接收特性,在IC迴路外部提供譟聲疊加迴路,測量此時IC迴路中被感應的電壓,以此作為譟聲接收特性。通過測量倒相IC在電源與接地線之間電磁榦擾的接收特性,確認瞭由倒相IC動作狀態所緻的譟聲接收特性是不同的。結果錶明,機器的譟聲接收特性有可能受IC動作狀態影響,併隨時間而髮生變化。通過簡單的電路倣真也確認瞭這一結論。

In order to investigate the noise receiving characteristics of digital equipment based on IC action status,the noise superimposed loops is provided outside the IC circuit. The induced voltage in IC circuit is measured at this time,and this voltage is as the noise reception characteristics. By measuring the receiving characteristics of electro-magnetic interference in inverting IC between power and ground lines,the differences of noise reception characteristics caused by different inverting IC action status is confirmed. The results show that,the noise reception characteristics of machine may be affected by IC action status,and may be changed over time. The above conclusion is also confirmed by simple circuit simulation.
