针对由于放入式电子测压器工作环境复杂，使倒置开关在实际应用中有时会出现不上电或误上电的情况，为确保测压器可以在恶劣条件下正常上电工作，设计了利用可靠性测试系统，马歇特冲击锤以及可靠性参数计算对倒置开关进行可靠性研究的方法，并运用此方法对一组倒置开关进行了具体的可靠性分析。这种可靠性研究为火炮膛压测试的成功进行提供了重要保障。

Due to the complex working condition of electronic piezo gauge,the inversion switch makes the electronic piezo gauge sometimes fail in power-on or sometimes makes a mistake falsify in power-on. To guarantee electronic piezo gauge could be in power-on normally,a method to study the reliability of inversion switch was designed by using reliability testing system, Marshall’s impact hammer and quantitative calculation, and a set of inversion switches was analysed specifically by using this method. The study of reliability provides an important guarantee for the success of gun chamber pressure test.
