以滚动直线导轨副可靠性试验台龙门为研究对象,对其进行了结构分析与优化,得到了结构比较合理的龙门。使用Ansys有限元分析软件对其结构进行模态分析,识别出其结构设计中的薄弱环节,在此基础上,以提高龙门低阶固有频率和降低龙门质量为优化目标对其结构进行了改进。通过三步改进,得到最终的综合优化方案并对其进行静力校核,优化后的龙门与原模型相比,前四阶固有频率均得到提高,其中一阶固有频率提高了6.16%,龙门质量下降了2.67%,龙门最大变形位移降低了1.9%,且受力情况得到改善,达到了预期的目标,同时也为滚动直线导轨副可靠性试验台其他部件的结构设计提供了参考依据。

Taking the gantry of rol er linear guide reliability test rig as the researching object, its structure is analyzed and optimized so as to get the reasonable structure of gantry. The modal analysis of the gantry is used to analyze its dynamic structure and find out its weak points, then its structure is modified, in order to increase the natural frequency and decrease its weight. It is Improved by three steps and the integrated optimization scheme is determined, then the static check is made on it. The results of the integrated optimal design show that the first four natural frequencies al increase and the first natural frequency of the redesigned bed increases by 6.16%and the weight reduces by 2.67%.Meanwhile,the stiffness increases by 3.18%and stress distribution gets better. This study achieves good effect expected and provides the reference for the optimization of the other parts of the rol er linear guide reliability test rig.
