选择催化还原法( SCR)作为柴油机尾气排放机外控制的有效方法之一,正得到不断的发展和推广应用。针对SCR技术中尿素喷射控制的难点,并结合系统部分输入已知的特点,提出了应用一种带有外部输入的线性/非线性自回归模型( GNARX模型),将净扭矩、增压机转速和油门踏板位置这3个序列作为模型外部输入,对柴油机氮氧化物( NOX )原机排放量做出预测预报。结果表明,GNARX模型对NOX原机排放量的建模预测精度高于GNAR和ARX模型,可为柴油机SCR系统尿素喷射控制提供了可靠的数据反馈。

Selective catalytic reduction ( SCR) , as one of effective methods to control diesel exhaust out engine, now is getting in-creasingly development and promotion. Aiming at the difficulty of urea-injection control in SCR system, and considering the charac-teristic that part of system inputs are known, a general expression for linear and nonlinear auto-regressive with exogenous inputs ( GNARX) model is introduced. Then, net engine torque, turbo speed and accelerator pedal position are taken as the model external inputs. Thus, nitrogen oxides (NOX) emission of the original engine is forecasted. The results show that the NOX emission modeling and forecasting accuracy of the GNARX model are higher than that of other models’ , which can provide dependable data feedback for SCR system to control urea injection.
