The current pricing system in airline companies is tiered pricing. When compared with the former unified pricing system, is there a win-win situation between airline companies and travelers? To solve this prob-lem, this paper regards the airline companies and travelers as two players, and uses the Game Theory to work out the conclusion that the tiered pricing system can realize the win-win situation.
