为了快速检测ZL105A合金变质效果,本文设计了计算机检测系统,主要包括K型热电偶、测试样杯、放大电路、数模转换(A/D)和计算机。结果表明:应用该系统得到了与ZL105A合金变质效果有明确数量关系的凝固曲线;初晶拐点是变质效果的判据,良好变质比未变质的初晶拐点可提前在15s以上出现;计算机的检测结果与合金的断口形貌和金相组织一致。

In order to quickly detect the modification effect of ZL105A alloy, this paper designs a computer detection system which mainly includes K-thermocouple, testing sample cup, amplifier circuit, digital-to-analog (A/D) card and computer. Results show that with the system, we get the freezing curve which has a clear relation-ship with the modification effect of ZL105A alloy. The inflection point of primary crystal is the criterion of modifi-cation effect. The inflection point of primary crystal with good deterioration can appear earlier in more than 15s than the inflection point of primary crystal without modification. The result from computer is the same as the frac-ture morphology and microstructure of the alloy.
