对目前螺旋埋弧焊管最常用的外控成型方式成型过程中的残余应力形成进行了分析,并提出了控制及调整措施。同时对弹复量测量采用切环试验取样、水压试验、冷扩径及预精焊等降低和控制残余应力的方法进行了详细分析。指出生产过程中需根据产品的钢级、规格及壁厚,采用合理的成型参数,只要生产中控制合理,可以使用螺旋埋弧方式生产出残余应力水平较低的高钢级厚壁厚的产品。

The formation of residual stress was analyzed in the most commonly used external control formation in SAW pipe, and the control and adjustment measures were put forward. Meanwhile, it detailedly analyzed some methods of reducing and controlling residual stress, such as elasticity measurement by cutting pipe ring test, hydraulic test, cold expansion, pre-finishing welding and so on. It pointed out that during production process, according to steel grade, specification and thickness of products, adopting reasonable forming parameters, as long as reasonable control in production process, it can use SAW process to produce high grade heavy thickness steel pipe with low residual stress.
